I have just returned to live permanently in Bologna and I have already found a new restaurant. In truth I had been there a long time ago but I didn't remember how delicious everything was there.
Is called Trattoria Trebbi and it is an ancient tavern founded in 1946, which is located in a beautiful area of the center of Bologna, just inside the city walls, precisely in Via Solferino 40 / B.
In Bologna, you know, good food is practically a certainty. And in this case even more. The restaurant consists of two rooms and is very welcoming, ideal for a Sunday lunch, both with family and with old friends, or those who come to visit you and want to amaze at all costs.
The portions will certainly not make you go out hungry and the prices are low considering the excellent quality of the food. The cuisine is typical of Bolognese tradition and Emilia Romagna, then from tagliatelle, tortelloni, meatloaf with friggione. Just to give you an idea of the price, three of us went there and, taking 3 first courses, 2 seconds, 1 dessert, 3 coffees and a bottle of Sangiovese, we spent about € 25 each. A very fair price if we consider that this restaurant / trattoria is one of the most nominated when it comes to eating well in Bolognese. For the series, they could take advantage of it but they don't.
Dishes to try absolutely the yellow lasagna with artichokes, potato tortelloni with guanciale, pumpkin tortelloni with wild boar ragout and beef tartar. Fabulous.
