Wooden bridge and Val Camonica they offer a noteworthy cuisine. The location, a few kilometers from Trentino, inevitably suffers some influences.
To try without a doubt: the polenta (buckwheat), lo pork knuckle and the infinite and succulent cold cuts of every type, shape, color and animal. For the Vegetarians there is plenty of choice with cooked vegetables and cheeses (from lust) at will. (try the grilled radicchio with melted cheese).

San Marco restaurant - Ponte di Legno - where the cook Marco will tell you the recipe of the gnocchi alla cua (with the tail) with a sophisticated variety of cheeses ranging from Silter (DOC), to Case di Viso. Or you can taste musso (donkey) overcooked with polenta from Lake Moro with an enviable microclimate capable of even growing olive trees. All 100% organic, of course.
To accompany it all a RELETON, special edition of the Italian Touring Club to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the nomination as the first Italian and winter sports and tourism station.
KRO restaurant - Pontagna di Temù, 2km from Ponte di Legno - Let yourself be captivated by the infinite variety of appetizers, Lardo di Colonnata, cervo, to melted cheeses, to those spoiled by a hint of honey or jam, al radicchio with speck, never leave vegetables to chance and finally let yourself be infected by the sweetness and delicacy of any dessert. Paradiso Refuge, at an altitude of 2585m invest a few calories up here because a real skier needs them! Pork shank, braised meat, polente and typical cheeses and dumplings await you at a very affordable price, and before leaving, don't forget a grappa or bombardino!
NB: A few meters from here you can enter the Galleria Paradiso, seat of the museum Sounds and Voices of the White War.
