Because in Eritrean cuisine, food is served on an edible plate ofinjera (or enjera), which is broken up and used as a spoon to collect the various dishes arranged above. It's kind of a giant flatbread, a large disc of thin and soft bread made with teff flour, a native cereal.

Il menu is very simple and offers two variations, one with meat and one vegetarian, with the option of adding a spicy chicken stew and a vegetable roll with appetizer. The atmosphere is friendly and the prices are moderate (around 15 €), offering an authentic Eritrean-style food sharing experience.
