Many European cities indulge themselves in inventing advent calendars of all shapes and sizes. Also Milan could not be outdone and for this year proposes an unprecedented monumental and musical advent calendar.
The large palace just in front of the facade of the Duomo it will turn into a giant one in the coming weeks musical calendar, which, like a carillon, will give visitors to the square Christmas music. Every day starting from December XNUMXst, at 18 hours, a different window will open onto the square and groups of musicians will look out to fill the air with sweets song.
Thanks to an ensemble of professional musicians and young artists, every day in the square the notes of the most beloved Christmas songs will resound, in a crescendo of intensity: the first day a solo, the second a duet, the third a trio and so on, up to the night of Christmas Eve with a group of 24 who will sing the notes of Silent Night. An original proposal for heat the air now cold of the Milanese evenings with traditional Christmas music from all over Europe.
