If you are thinking of organizing a beach holiday with your family, this village is really professional and will give you the opportunity to relax but also have a lot of fun! Ginosa Marina awaits you.
There are places that are difficult to forget, either because of the peace that you find there, or because you feel so good that you would never want to go home. A sensation very similar to this I experienced at Torreserena Village of Ginosa Marina, in the province of Taranto.
Torreserena Village: what to expect
It is one of the 9 villages in the Bluserena chain, leader in the Italian market.
A complete village, where nature, peace, excellent dining and top-level entertainment come together for a holiday devoted to total relaxation.
Structure
A really large structure, but perfectly organized, so you can reach every place in the shortest possible time.
The 400 rooms, divided into blocks, are located on two floors and are equipped with all comforts, including a balcony for the first floors and a small garden for those on the ground floor.
Services
According to the criteria of the family village, Bluserena focuses on a clientele made up of young families and children who, starting from 3 years, can be entrusted to the boys of the "serenino".
For those who want to be pampered by expert hands, the BluWellness center is available with free trials on the beach.
A peculiarity of the Bluserena villages is the constant presence in the village of a doctor, often a pediatrician, available 24 hours a day.
The large beach can be reached after crossing a pine forest, a path of about 700 meters to be tackled on foot or aboard the electric train.
Each room has an umbrella already assigned upon arrival. Those who want to stop at the beach for lunch can take advantage of the grill directly on the beach.
Torreserena is a dog friendly village, in fact by communicating the presence of small dogs, you will be assigned a room with garden, kennel and bowl.
In the pine forest there is a relaxation area with hammocks, sofas and an equipped gymnastic path.
Sport at Torreserena Village
So much sport that can be practiced for free at Torreserena, with 4 multi-purpose fields for soccer or tennis, one for 8-a-side football and one for basketball and volleyball. All with night lighting.
A outdoor gym with tools, mats, climbing wall and spinning bike is available near the large swimming pool.
An archery range, a pool with 25-meter lanes for lessons and free swimming complete the sports activities, all supervised by qualified instructors.
As for beach sports, canoes, pedal boats and SUPs can be used in the nautical area.
With the support of the instructors you can attend sailing and windsurfing courses.
The animation
For years Bluserena has stood out for the level of animation, with boys and girls present at all times, prepared, fun and never intrusive.
Activities range from group games and dances on the beach, to sports and card tournaments in the afternoon and sports activities.
The highlight is reached in the evening with the show in the theater, preceded by the baby dance for younger guests.
Variety, cabaret, musicals and game nights are some of the shows offered on the Torreserena stage.
But the evening does not end there, because then we move to the square to dance, to listen to the piano bar or perform karaoke.
The food
Catering with buffet service offers a lot of choice, from hot and cold appetizers, to first and second courses of meat and fish, to finish with desserts and fresh fruit.
Attention to food intolerances is evident with the presence, next to the buffet dishes, of a slate indicating the presence of gluten, lactose or eggs in the courses.
Dinner is often themed, such as the Mediterranean evening, the Apulian evening and the sweet night with delicious dishes and desserts.
On the beach you can have lunch with cold dishes and with meat or fish just cooked on the grill, while in the evening the Gusto restaurant, with a table reserved for the family, it offers an ever-changing menu with a waiter at service.
For parents who want to prepare food and baby food for their children, a kitchen complete with electric plates, dishes and microwave oven is open 24 hours a day, as well as fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, biscuits and pastries.
And outside the village?
To list everything that can be seen outside the village, another full post would be needed.
Locations like Matera, just 50 km away, the Valle d'Itria, locorotondo e Alberobello, Ostuni, Alta Murgia National Park, just to list some of the easily reachable destinations.
For those who want to venture a little more, with about 120/150 km you can reach the beaches of Salento and Lecce.
How to get to Torreserena Village
To arrive by car at the Torreserena Village just take the Ginosa Marina exit of the highway 106, the Taranto - Reggio Calabria and follow the signs.
A large parking area is available, shaded thanks to the panels
photovoltaic systems that overlook it.
Those arriving by train in Taranto, about 40km or to Metaponto, about 10km, can take advantage of the transfer service on request.
Il transfer service it is also available for those arriving by plane, at the airports of Bari and Brindisi which are about 100 km away.
A week at Torreserena Village flies away quickly, whether you decide to do nothing and enjoy relaxation, or whether you want to try all the activities present.
