La Trattoria Idilio I was pleasantly surprised and also filled: D Seriously I think it is one of the places with the best quality / price ratio of Rome and in my opinion if you don't know it it's worth trying it.
The Idile is found in Via Augusto Dulceri, 29 in Rome in Pigneto area. The restaurant is apparently nothing special, it is not chic, the chairs are made of hard plastic and the place is practically on the street, especially if you sit on the large terrace so as not to die of heat inside. Yet the food and dishes are phenomenal.
The welcome and the air you breathe is that of home. Despite all the treatment is a class restaurant, perceptible above all in the manner of the staff of the Trattoria. Here every dish on the menu is tempting, this I can guarantee you. From salads, simple or Iddilio, with potatoes, carrots, grilled aubergines and corn, to first courses.
What have I tasted ?! A bomb: parmesan aubergines with buffalo mozzarella, a light dish for a summer evening: D The aubergines were delicious and I obviously finished the dish. Furthermore I could also hear the handmade noodles with mushrooms, a delicacy. The portions are abundant and taking a second I tell you already that you will find it difficult to finish it, better a side dish, vegetables or a fresh and light appetizer.
Important is always book because there are so many people who happen here often and it is better not to get screwed. If you go for a trip don't forget to let me know how you found yourself ... in my opinion very well;)
