I found out Zi'mberto recently, in the heart of Trastevere is popular mostly from Romans but also many tourists during the weekend also because it is in an optimal position, it is easy to spot.
If not yes book however, there is the risk of not finding a place. Zi'mberto is not very small, it has a part of tables inside and a part abroad and in the beautiful days of spring and summer it is a pleasure to eat while the sun's rays warm the face. The staff is very nice even if due to a small mistake one of the first came with the second ones, the service was not exactly very efficient even if it must be said that for apologize for the misunderstanding they removed the main course from the bill.
What do you eat at Zi'mberto? The best of Roman cuisine, as first courses gricia, carbonara, cheese and pepper, among the second I tried only chicory, excellent, house wine and water at will, a bit like bread. My gricia was fabulous, I enjoyed it calmly and I must say it made me fall in love. Great lunch for a beautiful sunny Sunday.
